Doing the Impossible

When God asks you to do the impossible, what do you do?  Do you sit down and try to figure out how to do it?  If you can figure it out, then there is one thing you know for sure.  Its not impossible!

Trash Talk

Did you know people feed off the words that come out of our mouth?   Have you ever stopped to consider what kind of a meal your words are offering?  The Apostle Paul instructs us to be careful not to let corrupt communication proceed out of our mouths.  Good reminder!

God is Love

Don't ever let anyone convince you that you have to earn the love of God.  God loved you prior to salvation and proved it by dying for you. Now that you are child of God, He is not about to start requiring that you earn His love.  God loves you today, and it has nothing to do with deserving it.  Listen to this Message in a Minute and then share it with someone today who needs to know of God's love for them!

It's Just Like Jesus

Has someone ever done something and you thought, "It's just like them to do that."  There is a song in our Hymnbook that is Called "It's Just Like His Great Love"  There are some things that happen, and you realize God has done it, and you can't help but say, "It's just like Him to do that."

Free-fall From Outer Space

Recently Felix Baumgartner did something amazing.  He jumped from Space back to earth in an amazing record breaking free-fall dive.  He opened his parachute only a mile above the surface of the earth, while some reports indicate he was jumping from 24 miles above the earth!

As amazing as that is, there is another event scheduled to take place soon which will cause this one to pale in comparison.  Listen to this week's Message in a Minute to get clued in!

Faith and Foolishness

How many times have you heard someone say, "Well...you gotta be careful cause there is a fine line between faith and foolishness!"  It seems that often that statement is uttered by the scared, timid souls who are afraid of anything that is bigger than their personal space.

In reality there is not line between faith and foolishness.  They don't dwell together.  You will never trim back your foolishness to the point that it is faith and you will never have so much faith it becomes foolish!
